Do you ship beer directly to consumers?
No. Due to Wisconsin state law and our commitment to local distribution, New Glarus Brewing Company does not ship beer directly to individuals. Our beer is exclusively available for purchase at retail locations within the state of Wisconsin.
Can I buy Spotted Cow outside of Wisconsin?
Currently, we only distribute our products within the borders of Wisconsin. We believe in keeping our beer fresh and local, which means you'll have to visit the Dairy State to pick up your favorite brews.
What is your return policy for brewery merchandise?
We accept returns on unworn and unwashed apparel or non-perishable gift gallery items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that we cannot accept returns on any food or beverage products.
Are your beers vegan-friendly?
Most of our beers are vegan-friendly as they are brewed using traditional ingredients: water, malt, hops, and yeast. However, certain specialty or fruit ales may occasionally use honey or lactose. Please check the specific product label for allergen information.
How should I store my beer to ensure maximum freshness?
To maintain the highest quality and flavor profile, we recommend storing our beer in a cool, dark place, ideally refrigerated at 38-45 degrees Fahrenheit. Keep bottles upright and away from direct sunlight.
Do you offer brewery tours?
Yes! We offer self-guided tours at our Hilltop Brewery in New Glarus. You can explore our copper kettles and production areas at your own pace during our standard business hours.
