Returns & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our products and state beverage laws, all beer sales are final; however, we are happy to exchange or refund non-perishable merchandise and apparel within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our gift shop team via email or phone with your order number and details regarding the merchandise you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack the unworn apparel or unused glassware in its original packaging, including a copy of your receipt or packing slip inside the box.

Ship to the Brewery

Affix the provided return label or ship the package via your preferred carrier to our New Glarus, Wisconsin facility.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
